Terms & Conditions

Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: September 1, 2026

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of northcoastpine.com and any products, courses, content, or services purchased directly through the website or provided directly by North Coast & Pine (“North Coast & Pine,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing this website, purchasing a product, enrolling in a course, booking a service, or otherwise interacting with North Coast & Pine, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or purchase through it.

Scope of These Terms
These Terms apply to northcoastpine.com and to products, courses, and services purchased directly through the website or invoiced directly by North Coast & Pine.
Products, courses, and services offered through Stan Store or another third-party website, marketplace, course platform, or payment provider may be governed by separate terms presented by that platform at the time of purchase. Links from northcoastpine.com to a third-party platform do not make that platform or its transactions subject to these Terms.

If a signed proposal, contract, statement of work, service agreement, license, or other written agreement conflicts with these Terms, the terms of the signed agreement will control for that specific engagement.

Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to make a purchase or engage our services.

If you use this website or make a purchase on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that business or organization to these Terms.

Website Use
You may use this website for lawful, personal, and legitimate business purposes.
You may not:

  • Use the website in violation of any applicable law or regulation

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, its systems, or another user’s information

  • Introduce viruses, malicious code, or other harmful technology

  • Interfere with the security, availability, or operation of the website

  • Scrape, harvest, or collect information from the website through automated means without written permission

  • Misrepresent your identity, affiliation, or authority

  • Use the website or its content to infringe upon the rights of North Coast & Pine or another person

  • Copy, reproduce, resell, distribute, or commercially exploit protected website content without written authorization

We may restrict or terminate access to the website when we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.

Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the website and its original content—including text, graphics, branding, logos, photographs, videos, course materials, downloads, templates, designs, and other resources—are owned by or licensed to North Coast & Pine and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Viewing the website or purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of our intellectual property to you.

You may not copy, reproduce, publish, distribute, modify, sell, license, display, transmit, or create derivative commercial works from our protected content unless you have received written permission or the product includes a license expressly allowing that use.

The North Coast & Pine name, logo, branding, and other identifying materials may not be used in a way that suggests sponsorship, endorsement, affiliation, or ownership without written permission.

Digital Products and Licenses
Unless a different license is included with a product, purchasing a digital product gives you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use it for your own personal use or internal business use.

You may not:

  • Resell, sublicense, redistribute, or share the digital product

  • Share download links, login credentials, or course access

  • Upload the product to a shared library, membership, marketplace, or file-sharing service

  • Claim the original product or its content as your own

  • Modify the product for resale or redistribution

  • Use the product to create a directly competing product for sale

  • Remove copyright, trademark, attribution, or ownership notices

If a product page or separate license grants additional permissions, that specific license will control your use of that product.

Access to a product or course may be suspended or terminated if we reasonably believe that unauthorized sharing, copying, resale, or misuse has occurred.

Courses, Workshops, and Educational Content
Courses, workshops, downloads, and educational resources are provided for general informational and educational purposes.

Participation does not create a professional, fiduciary, employment, partnership, or other relationship beyond the product or service expressly purchased. Educational content does not replace advice from an attorney, accountant, tax professional, financial adviser, healthcare provider, or other qualified professional.

You are responsible for evaluating the information and deciding whether and how to apply it to your circumstances.

Results and Earnings Disclaimer
North Coast & Pine does not guarantee that a product, course, strategy, template, website, or service will produce a particular financial, business, marketing, search-engine, audience, or other result.

Examples, testimonials, case studies, and past results describe individual experiences and do not promise that another customer or client will receive the same outcome. Results vary based on circumstances, effort, implementation, market conditions, third-party platforms, and factors outside our control.

You remain responsible for your decisions, actions, business operations, and results.

Custom Services and Client Projects
Custom services may be governed by a separate proposal, scope of work, or client agreement addressing deliverables, timelines, responsibilities, revisions, payments, ownership, licensing, termination, and other project-specific terms.

Information displayed on this website is general and does not create a client relationship or obligation to provide services. A project is not confirmed until any required agreement has been accepted and the required payment has been received.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, estimated timelines depend on timely receipt of client content, feedback, approvals, access credentials, and other requested materials.

Purchases and Payments
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information when making a purchase or payment.

Prices, product descriptions, availability, and offers may be changed or withdrawn before a purchase is completed. We reserve the right to correct pricing or descriptive errors and to cancel or refund an affected transaction when reasonably necessary.

You authorize North Coast & Pine and its payment providers to charge the payment method you submit for the amount disclosed at checkout or on your invoice.
Payment plans are commitments to pay the complete purchase price in installments unless different written terms expressly provide otherwise.

Refunds and Cancellations
Purchases made directly through northcoastpine.com or invoiced directly by North Coast & Pine are subject to our Refund and Cancellation Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

You should review that policy before making a purchase. Additional refund, cancellation, or rescheduling terms may be presented on a product page, at checkout, during registration, or in a signed client agreement.

Subscriptions and Recurring Services
If we offer a subscription, membership, or recurring service, the price, billing frequency, renewal terms, and cancellation method will be disclosed before purchase.

By enrolling, you authorize recurring charges according to the terms presented at checkout. You may cancel future renewals using the cancellation method provided with the subscription. Cancellation will not ordinarily refund a billing period that has already begun.

Accounts and Access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for activity occurring through your account.

You agree to notify us promptly if you believe your account, course access, download link, or payment information has been used without authorization.

Course and product access is intended only for the purchaser unless a team, group, or transferable license is expressly provided.

User Communications and Submitted Materials
You are responsible for information, files, content, and materials you submit to North Coast & Pine. You represent that you have the right to provide those materials and that our authorized use of them will not violate another person’s rights.

Submitting an inquiry, project material, review, testimonial, photograph, or other content does not automatically transfer ownership to North Coast & Pine.

We will request permission before using client work, testimonials, or identifying information in promotional materials unless that permission has already been granted in a separate agreement.

Nothing in these Terms prevents a customer from sharing an honest review or opinion about North Coast & Pine, its products, or its services.

Third-Party Websites and Services
The website may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, software, payment processors, social platforms, course platforms, or other services.

North Coast & Pine does not control and is not responsible for the content, availability, security, policies, pricing, or practices of third parties. Your use of a third-party service is governed by the terms and policies of that provider.

A link or reference to a third party does not necessarily mean that North Coast & Pine endorses or guarantees that third party.

Website Availability and Accuracy
We make reasonable efforts to provide useful, accurate, and current information. However, we do not guarantee that the website will always be complete, error-free, secure, or continuously available.

Website content may contain typographical errors, outdated information, or technical issues. We may update, correct, suspend, or remove website content or features without notice.

Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and its general content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

North Coast & Pine makes no warranty that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure, or suitable for every purpose. Specific warranties included in a written client agreement or required by applicable law are not excluded by this section.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, North Coast & Pine will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the website, digital content, or educational materials.

North Coast & Pine is not responsible for losses caused by your decisions, your implementation of educational content, third-party platforms, changes to algorithms or technology, interrupted internet access, unauthorized account use, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, or expenses arising from your unlawful use of the website, your violation of these Terms, your misuse or unauthorized distribution of our intellectual property, or materials you submit without the necessary rights or permissions.

This section does not require you to indemnify North Coast & Pine for its own unlawful conduct.

Privacy
Your use of the website is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how information is collected, used, disclosed, and protected.

Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes to our website, products, services, business practices, or legal obligations.

Revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. The Terms in effect at the time of a purchase will generally govern that transaction unless a different written agreement applies or the law requires otherwise.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maine, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute relating to these Terms will be addressed in a court with proper jurisdiction in Maine, unless applicable law requires another location or the parties agree to another lawful resolution process.

Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. Any invalid or unenforceable provision will be interpreted as closely as legally permitted to its original purpose.

No Waiver
A failure or delay by North Coast & Pine in enforcing a provision of these Terms does not waive the right to enforce that provision later.

Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Refund and Cancellation Policy, and any applicable product terms or signed agreement, constitute the agreement governing your use of the website and applicable purchases.
